SOLUTIONS CONSULTANTS/SPECIALISTS

Responsibilities:

  • Assist, define and drive account strategy in conjunction with the sales force
  • Support sales calls and qualify opportunities with sales team, from first point of contact with the client during sales cycle, presenting company approach, qualities and experience
  • Orchestrate in customers’ needs assessment, pre-sales and post-sales consultation, system design, presentation, proof of concept, product demonstration etc.
  • Interface with both internal and external parties to ensure on-time delivery of technical solutions and compliance for product specifications
  • Hands-on involvement in monitoring implementation and execution of business projects
  • Support regional in-countries solutions consultants working as virtual team

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in IT or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT pre-sales activities
  • Good in-depth knowledge in Document Management, Enterprise Content Management and Cost Recovery Systems
  • Possess good technical and MS framework knowledge
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work well with all levels of people
  • Some regional traveling will be required

MARKETING EXECUTIVE (SOLUTIONS)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving the solutions marketing to expand total product portfolio
  • Source and plan with vendors to expand company solutions portfolio
  • Validate solutions acceptance with pre and post sales consultants
  • Solutions product marketing planning and implementation
  • Pricing control, negotiation and review
  • Plan Go-To-Market strategies
  • Perform market research and analysis
  • Product matter expert and trainer
  • Manage solutions marketing budgets and co-op budgets

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or product marketing function
  • Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of Document Management, Print Cost Accounting and Enterprise Content Management is preferred
  • Experience in products/solutions training
  • Some traveling may be required

KEY ACCOUNT / SALES EXECUTIVES

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales opportunities, promote and secure sales for multi-functional imaging devices and solutions
  • Service existing accounts and solicit for new accounts
  • Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for new and existing accounts

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level
  • Sales experience in IT office automation or similar industry is an advantage
  • Possess initiative with desire drive for excellence in a dynamic environment
  • Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills with a positive mindset
  • Possess a successful track record in achieving set objectives
  • IT-savvy and possess own vehicle preferred

CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient after sales back-up support
  • Responsible for customer care and gather feedback on machine usage and service through routine visits
  • Involve in installation, key operation demonstration and training at customers premises

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level
  • Pleasant and patient personality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess good IT knowledge
  • Some experience in conducting presentation or stand-up training will be advantageous
  • Possess own vehicle

FIELD TECHNICIANS

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to monthly maintenance/servicing of machines
  • Set-up and install machines at customers premises
  • Dismantle and re-install machines for relocating customers
  • Attend to ad-hoc service and repair calls
  • Solve customers’ problems on-site and recommend new products when appropriate

Requirements:

  • NTC/NITEC in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in servicing or maintaining office equipment an added advantage
  • Customer service oriented with good communication skills
  • Possess own vehicle
