Singapore | 7 November 2025

Konica Minolta Business Solutions Asia (BSA) has achieved another significant milestone at the HR Excellence Awards Singapore 2025, organised by Human Resources Online, a publication of Lighthouse Independent Media, one of Asia’s most recognised HR award platforms honouring outstanding achievements in human resources.

This year, BSA received the Gold Award for “Excellence in Championing Women Leaders”, a category that highlights organisations demonstrating exceptional commitment to advancing and developing women in leadership roles globally.

The recognition reinforces the HR industry’s confidence in Konica Minolta’s strategic efforts and initiatives aimed at supporting and empowering high-potential female leaders. Developed in partnership with IMD Business School, the Women to Lead (W2L) programme enhances leadership capabilities, encourages cross-boundary collaboration, and promotes personal growth through self-reflection and active engagement.

Participants in the W2L programme commit time beyond regular working hours to pursue self-development, contributing meaningfully to Konica Minolta’s transformation journey and playing an active role in shaping the organisation's future.

This latest accolade adds to Konica Minolta’s strong track record at the HR Excellence Awards. Previous achievements include:
