Konica Minolta unveils AccurioJet 30000 to maximise customer value and usability

Singapore | 5 November 2025

Konica Minolta has announced the AccurioJet 30000, its most innovative digital UV inkjet press to date, which will take colour capabilities, production stability, and media handling performance to new levels of excellence. It will be available from June 2025.

Today’s unveiling of this next-generation digital press from Konica Minolta follows the quality and technological legacy of the hugely successful AccurioJet KM-1e series, with more than 350 installations across the globe. The further developments of the AccurioJet 30000 will maximise customer value and improve usability. It offers a highly stable, colour-accurate digital printing platform with a more advanced inkjet printhead design featuring Dot Freeze Technology.

The new versatile press offers unlimited creative possibilities

Recognised for its versatile application potential that ignites new profitable business opportunities, the proprietary edge processing technology ensures sharper text quality, true 1200 x 1200 dpi resolution, and an exceptionally wide colour gamut to enable unlimited creative applications. The B2+ large format increases flexibility and productivity.

The AccurioJet 30000 produces up to 3,000 sheets per hour (sph) with automatic duplex printing and no ink-drying delays. It prints on paper thicknesses of 0.06 to 0.6 mm on an unprecedented variety of speciality media, including heavy textured stock, canvas, metallics, translucent stock, packaging board, and plastics.

Unlocking more application possibilities to maximise customer value

Application examples include printing restaurant menus without lamination, as well as maps, figures, and outdoor displays. Other possibilities include backlit posters, signage, packaging, tags, desk calendars, direct mail, photo albums, and more.

Key improvements of the AccurioJet 30000 include:

  • A higher definition (HD) mode available at the touch of a button to improve granularity.
  • A new printhead – HM201 – optimising substrate wiring to ensure uniform head alignment and temperature.
  • Improved RIP performance by optimising the configuration of the latest CPU and memory storage, plus the elimination of waiting time with PreRIP processing.
  • The introduction of new media sensors and a spectrophotometer to ensure continuous image quality, enabling automatic in-run correction.
  • Provision of inter-colour mist catchers in bundles to reduce maintenance time.
  • A machine designed to be largely operator-serviceable, while also benefiting from new remote support services.
  • An improved data processing system, Inkjet Manager, with easy integration into existing offset workflows.
  • Inline interface support for third-party finishing devices.
  • Introduction of exterior updates such as new colour schemes.

A highly stable, colour-accurate digital printing platform

“AccurioJet 30000 is Konica Minolta’s latest and most innovative digital UV inkjet press,” said Masashi Morii, Head of Industrial Printing Business Development, Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe GmbH. “It offers a highly stable, colour-accurate digital printing platform with a more advanced inkjet printhead design featuring our Dot Freeze Technology.

“Although a digital press, the AccurioJet 30000 provides the same paper processing stability as an offset printer. Its reliability delivers print products using our proprietary UV ink of the highest quality on longer runs. It will help customers rethink printing possibilities and maximise value by providing a gateway to expanded and enhanced printing services.”

  • No date has yet been confirmed for the launch of the AccurioJet 60000, a highlight for Konica Minolta at drupa 2024, where it was shown running for the first time.
